Traditional Quilts

Traditional quilts are adjudged according to the pleasing design, color and precise craftsmanship with a neatly finished presentation. However, when it comes to stitching these quilts they do not have matched corners or stitches per inch and are not meant to be pretty or flat or made according to the rules of quilting. Comparing non-traditional quilts to a standard that their creator is not aiming for is irrational. Dismissing them as "not quilts" is definitely unreasonable.
